How the Process Works

Synergy provides a structured, compliance-aware support model designed to help you and your clinic implement regenerative and biologic programs responsibly.

Our approach focuses on education, operational readiness, and defensible systems—not clinical decision-making. You maintain full independence in medical judgment, while Synergy supports the infrastructure surrounding training, documentation, and implementation.

The Synergy Model.

Synergy functions as a program enablement and support layer for your practice.

We help you:

  • Access education and protocol guidance

  • Complete structured training

  • Implement systems that support compliant, sustainable treatment deliver

Every step is designed to reduce uncertainty, improve clarity, and support long-term practice stability.

Step-by-Step Program Flow

1. Enrollment & Program Initiation.

You enroll your clinic in the Synergy program with a $2,500 onboarding fee, which initiates formal program access and support.

Once enrollment is complete, your clinic officially enters the Synergy onboarding process. This step activates access to onboarding materials, educational resources, and system setup required to prepare your practice for training and implementation. It establishes the foundation for a structured, compliant, and organized program rollout.

2. Onboarding Materials & Educational Access.

After enrollment, you receive:

3. Account Setup & Platform Access.

You are issued secure login credentials for your Stem Cell Account.

This account allows you to:

  • Access harvest-related materials

  • Manage program-related ordering and logistics

This access is provided before training, allowing you and your team to become familiar with systems in advance.

4. Training Scheduling.

You select a training date that works best for your schedule and clinical availability. Training is structured, education-focused, and designed to ensure your clinic develops a clear, consistent understanding of how the program operates.

This includes:

  • Clear understanding of harvest workflows, including process flow and handling considerations

  • Familiarity with materials and operational processes, so staff can work confidently and consistently

  • Alignment with compliance-aware program structure, supporting responsible implementation and documentation discipline

5. Program Readiness.

Once training is completed, your clinic is considered program-ready.

At this stage:

  • Operational systems are in place, supporting scheduling, materials, and workflow execution

  • Education is complete, ensuring staff alignment and program understanding

  • Materials, tools, and platform access are active, allowing you to move forward without delays

  • You may begin offering treatments, exercising your independent clinical judgment within your established practice framework
